Madrid-based Oscar L has been a fixture on Drumcode and Truesoul, delivering high-impact releases like his 'Again' LP (2023), solo 'Vulture' EP (2022), 'Aircargo' with Dosem (2023), and 'Yapper' alongside Max Styler (2024). His music has earned the backing of techno heavyweights Richie Hawtin, Nicole Moudaber, and Joseph Capriati, with additional releases on Knee Deep In Sound, Stereo Productions, and We Are The Brave.
Metodi Hristov, based in Bulgaria, made his Drumcode debut in 2023 with his Build To Destroy EP. Both tracks from that release—'Build To Destroy' and 'Flatline'—were featured in his Drumcode Radio studio mix from Sofia. With support from Carl Cox and Enrico Sangiuliano, Metodi is quickly carving out his place in the global techno scene.
The title track 'Gravity' plunges straight into relentless, industrial techno. Growling hoovers and dystopian synths intertwine with a processed female vocal, while eerie machine-like dialogue amps up the tension. Dark, powerful, and primed for peak-time floors.
'Up & Down' takes no prisoners from the first beat. Its pounding rhythms and layered percussion are paired with a haunting male vocal delivering the hypnotic title refrain. An insistent, hammered-string synth melody collides with a sweeter counterpoint, injecting brightness into the shadows.
