Number 90 Hideout Reopens as Hackney Wick’s Ultimate Audiophile Destination

Hackney Wick’s iconic venue, Number 90, is stepping boldly into a new chapter. Known as one of East London’s prime nightlife hubs, Number 90 has expanded into three distinct spaces: Number 90 Bar, Number 90 Live, and Number 90 Hideout - each offering its unique blend of cutting-edge music, immersive art, and independent events.

The latest evolution sees Number 90 Hideout meticulously redesigned into an audiophile haven. The intimate space has been stripped down and rebuilt from scratch, with wooden panelling and expert acoustic treatments crafted to deliver flawless sound.

Central to this redesign is a newly constructed DJ booth positioned at the heart of the room. Complemented by bespoke lighting, immersive 360-degree projection mapping, and the venue’s renowned D&B sound system, the atmosphere promises total sonic immersion. A brand-new wooden floor completes the transformation, creating an ideal foundation for nights of musical bliss.

The grand reopening event on Thursday, April 3rd, offers a curated industry experience with performances by Giles Smith, Jive Talk, and an exclusive Ninja Tune special guest headliner. Craft cocktails and gourmet bites will accompany the evening, providing the perfect launch for a venue set to redefine sound experiences in the capital.

Co-founder Bruno Cabral shares the vision behind the venue: "We didn’t just renovate a venue - we built an experience. Every panel, every angle, every speaker was positioned for optimal sound.
