Sascha Dive - from the greater Frankfurt Area - has made a strong mark on the international house and techno scene for the past decade. With his first vinyl release in 2007, the deep house traveller is considered a young gun in the deeper fields of house music. Highly inspired by the godfathers of deep house, such as Moodyman, Chez Damier and Ron Trent, and the first waves of German house labels, such as Playhouse, Dive has established himself as a skilled producer and DJ since his first appearance.
His musical range stretches from deep house to soulful minimal sounds and powerful techno. He has performed at leading clubs and festivals worldwide and released impressive music on labels such as Tsuba, Freebase, Deep Labs (Balance US), Raum...Musik or Stir15. Dive is also the mastermind behind the successful “Deep Vibes “label, with productions and remixes by himself and other artists such as Brothers Vibe, Robert Dietz, Christian Burkhardt, and Markus Fix. It comes as no surprise that vinyl enthusiast Sven Väth signed Dive to Cocoon Artists and Cocoon Recordings.

Sascha Dive feat. Robert Owens - Beautiful People
A track from the new EP on my home label “Bondage Music”, with whom there is now a strong relationship after I released my album “Back 2 Life” on their label. The track Beautiful People is a personal and emotional song. I always attempt to have a perfect mixdown for tracks on this label - a great piece to start a set with.
Politics Of Dancing & Djebali - Simple Minds (Franco Cinelli Remix)
Two amazing producers, Politics Of Dancing & Djebali, joined together for this EP. My favourite track is the remix by my friend “Franco Cenilli”. I have fond memories of his numerous tracks and mixes, which I have often played - an outstanding producer.
Adiel & Tamburi Nero - Silezno
I find this a perfect track to start a big-room DJ set! I particularly like the percussion elements in this track, and the deep voice is impressive!
Julien Perez - Spacetime Interval
I am a big fan of Julien’s track “Pussyselektor” on Girada Unlimited, amazing chords! The track “Spacetime Interval” is in a similar vein!
Subb-An - Patterns
Another of my favourite producers! This song has everything; a groovy bassline, very nice organ chords and pads.
Simon Vuarambon - Afrika
A young producer from Argentina from whom I have already often played his EP on Shanti Radio Moscow. The track “Afrika” is very much akin to this EP. Perfect material for the peak time.
Janeret - Elevated
An emerging producer who always delivers good quality music - I have played many records from him in my DJ sets. The whole EP Is amazing - Tech-House Vibes a la Terry Francis & Eddie Richards.
We all remember the remix from Mr. “Carl Craig” for this beauty. The remix from Art Department goes more in a groovy direction. It was good to see that this release earnt a repress! The Craig Remix is another which I have often played.
Dylan Forbes - Air Beneath
This one is progressive with a touch of trance. I like the music from Dylan as it tends to remind me of the old Tech House Tracks Sasha was playing in the past. Great record.
Marc Brauner - Weekender
A wonderful Chicago House Track presented in a new way for 2023. The whole album from Marc, “Companions”, is very good throughout! The track “Weekender “is one that you can play at the end of a set and know everyone is going home with a smile!
