Hot Picks: Perfect Havoc's Adam Griffin Shares His Selected Grooves

Adam Griffin

Perfect Havoc label boss and producer, Adam Griffin, steers his London-based imprint at full pelt into 2024 with a banger of a first release. Teaming up with the established house producers Scott Forshaw and Damon Hess and the upcoming UK vocal/rap star, Ragdoll, Griffin drops the club-ready cut ‘Undertaker’ on 12th January. With bouncy tech house flair, the attitude of g-house and Ragdoll's rapid fire vocal rap delivery, ‘Undertaker’ is a punching track guaranteed to blow out any remnants of the January blues. Stream it here: https://perfecthavoc.lnk.to/undertaker.

As well as being a top A&R signing numerous platinum certified releases and breaking the three-time Brit Award-nominated producer Joel Corry, Perfect Havoc co-founder Adam Griffin has earned his producer stripes. This is evident in his 25 million streams on original productions with the likes of Todd Terry, Tobtok and Anton Powers, plus earning six spins on BBC Radio 1’s dance shows and Future Anthem status on the single ‘The Stand Off’ as crowned by Mistajam.

To mark his latest release, Perfect Havoc label head Adam Griffin joins us as the latest guest in our Hot Picks series:

George Fitzgerald - Gleams

This track brings to light the originality of George and his organic ties to electronic music, he's mastered the art of making soul catching music.

Ros T - Life is What You Make It

Brilliant cut from the Isle of Skye resident and one to watch for the future. This electric/eclectic genius mixies the most sublime organ synth with pure, organic vibes. Slow beats accented by a sexy and sleek vocal straight from a speakeasy bar.ow drum beats and cool synths, accented by a sexy and sleek vocal, straight from a chic speakeasy bar.

Adelphi Music Factory - Everybody's Dancing

A fast paced belter from the producer trio, if this doesn't get you grooving a don't know what will. Excellent work from The Gospel House Trilogy. They really are bringing the peace..kinda

Romare - Discotheque

Let's sum this up fast, Underground thumper. What a tune!

Icarus - Every Part of You (Minds&Machines Remix)

Emotive and warm feels from this one, vocal compliments the electronica feels very pleasantly. Love It.

Booka Shade - No Memory

Booka Shade need no introduction, one of the hero's of underground electronic music. They never let you down and always deliver. Analogue heaven to the ears.

Ros T - Space Emotion

We believe in this Moby-esque future legend we signed him to perfect Havoc for 3 albums so I must include him twice. Building a beautiful soundscape of long synth patterns and beautiful vocal samples, Ros dials in to his full emotive production powers in this uplifting house tune.

CamelPhat & Max Milner - Hope

The most amazing heartfelt vocals against minimal but wonderfully expansive synth progression. Mind blowingly beautiful and next level execution. Never has simple been so effective.

Tom Ferry, Going Deeper & Sylvie - Silence

Deleriums 1997 trance anthem gets a modern rework. Combining big emotive synths in the breakdown and a heavy progressive drop, this one is definitely a dancefloor filler.

Alex Metric - Won't Be Long

Incredible breaks with immersive sound scapes, moody but spine tingling. A great end to this list. One of the best producers to grace the scene ever in my humble opinion.
