Situated just 6 miles outside of Grantham, on the border between Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire, Belvoir Castle, whose name translates as Beautiful View and in which it’s 16,000 acres include parks and dense woodland, will set the perfect backdrop for Forbidden Forest’s debut weekend camping festival.
Now in its 7th year, Forbidden Forest 2022 will see the widely popular event reach dizzyingly new heights where over 25,000 weekend festival attendees will get to witness 2 days of must see performances from an exhaustive list of over 50 of the world’s leading acts from the Techno, House, Disco, Drum & Bass and Bass scene, marking 2022 as Forbidden Forest’s biggest line up to date. Set across 8 huge stages / arenas over the two day weekend, the line up announcement already boasts an impressive array of headline artists including Adam Beyer, Alan Fitzpatrick, Andy C, Apollonia, Arielle Free, Basement Jaxx (DJ Set), Ben Sterling, Darius Syrossian, Darkzy & Window Kid, Dimension (DJ Set), Eli Brown, Evil B, Ferreck Dawn, Franky Wah, Gok Wan, Gorgon City, Hazard, Holy Goof, Hybrid Minds, Ilario Alicante, Jamie Jones, Loco Dice, Low Steppa, Majistrate, Marco Carola, Mason Maynard, Monki, Patrick Topping, Rebūke, Roberto Surace, Shy FX, Skepsis, Sonny Fodera, Sub Focus (DJ Set) and Syreeta.
2022 will also see fans getting to experience the festival in a brand new way as the now 2 day weekend festival will, for the first time ever, offer on site camping at it’s new home of Belvoir Castle… welcome to the Forbidden Fields. The boutique festival camping experience hosted by Candypants, the beat behind some of the world’s wildest parties, will be accessible from Midday Friday 1st July for weekend camping ticket holders, and will feature a silent disco right through until 3am on Saturday, Sunday and 2am on Monday morning (subject to licence), a 24-hour market place with gourmet food stalls and out of town shopping, and secure on site lockers, plentiful cash machines. Camping Plus packages are available for the discerning Forbidden Forest Festival goer, where facilities will be second to none with hot showers, luxury toilets as well as an array of beauty parlours including makeup artists and hair stylists.
