Cardiff's Tramshed Welcomes an All-New Forward-Thinking Party

Cardiff’s nightlife scene is set for a shake-up with the introduction of a new event on Friday, September 27th. This innovative party results from a collaboration between the city’s dynamic Tramshed venue and local heavyweights ThisIsVersa and Midi Cartel. The inaugural event will feature US garage pioneer Todd Edwards, new school tastemakers Y U QT, and the ever-popular My Nu Leng. Joining them on the lineup are Versa Takeover and Midi Cartel, bringing together a night that seamlessly blends rising local talent with internationally respected artists.   • My Nu Leng: For the past decade, My Nu Leng has been a powerhouse in the bass music scene, known for their electrifying sets at top venues worldwide, and contributions to labels like Black Butter and Shogun Audio. Their set promises to cover a wide spectrum, from deeper garage to techno-infused sounds.

  • Midi Cartel: This Cardiff collective, also known as Heavy Cream, Selom, MOOD$, and Jellie, has been pushing the boundaries of electronic music. Their fresh blend of bass, rave, breaks, garage, techno, and house has made waves both in clubs and through their popular show on Voices radio.

  • ThisIsVersa: Cardiff’s newest bass music label and event series, ThisIsVersa, focuses on bringing top European talents and local DJs to their events. This collaboration with Tramshed is a strong statement of their ambition and vision.
