Alan Fitzpatrick releases an invigorating techno single 'Envisions'

Alan Fitzpatrick

Alan Fitzpatrick last featured on his record label We Are The Brave (WATB) to drop the label’s landmark 100th release, and he makes a triumphant return to WATB with the pounding techno groove of his captivating new single "Envisions."

Out on the 25th of August, Envisions embodies everything that Alan Fitzpatrick stands for as a techno producer, as it’s a heady fusion of weighty percussion, hulking synths and emotive vocal textures. Based in the UK, Alan Fitzpatrick is one of the world’s most accomplished techno artists, and has performed DJ sets at some of the world's most prestigious events ranging from Holland's Awakenings Festival to fabric in London.

When it comes to producing music, Alan Fitzpatrick has consistently shown himself to be an innovator who isn’t scared to experiment with different genres and new ideas, but he is best known for the colossal techno tracks he has released on labels such as Drumcode, Rekids, Hotflush and WATB.

Envisions is already popular with DJs including Eli Brown, Victor Ruiz, Joyhauser, Pan-Pot, and Klaudia Gawlas. Talking about his new track, Alan Fitzpatrick said: “Buzzing to be back on the label with my new single ‘Envisions’. It’s my first release since WATB100 in March so we've had this one cooking for a while. It’s got a taste of old-school Fitzpatrick vibes. Enjoy people! Al x.”

This is the one hundred and eighth release on WATB, which has also signed music from other artists who share Alan Fitzpatrick’s musical vision such as Joel Mull, Marco Faraone and Gary Beck.

Alan Fitzpatrick has been playing Envisions at most of his summer gigs, and on the 1st of September he is playing at Stirling (UK), 2nd of September at Elrow in Amsterdam (NL), 6th of September at Amnesia, Ibiza (ES), 24th of September at Amnesia, Ibiza (ES) and 7th of October at Dandy Club in Pisa (IT).
