Fans have been buzzing about this release since the pair’s growing camaraderie became evident during their epic B2B debut at Brunch Electronik in Lisbon earlier this year. The result? Breaking Down the Tracks:
‘Overdose of Bass’: With rattling snares, a breakbeat undercurrent, and a processed spoken vocal that teases “overdose of bass,” this track is as hypnotic as it is edgy. Doppler sirens add a spacey touch, creating an irresistible call-and-response energy bound to dominate dancefloors.
‘Living in the Moment’: Urgent, uplifting, and unrelenting, this track layers a driving beat with a Moroder-esque bassline and ethereal female vocals. The melodic breakdown builds into an explosive climax, making it a guaranteed peak-time anthem.
The EP also marks Eli Brown’s return to Drumcode, following his standout January collaboration ‘When I Push’ with Layton Giordani and OFFAIAH.
